Exhibition of Jewelry and Objects by Contemporary Artists “Metal Clay 2” – Pôle Bijou Gallery, Baccarat, France
Deadline for applications: 20th January 2019
Following on from the first “Metal Clay” exhibition organized in the first half of 2017, designed to introduce the general public to Metal Clay (silver, bronze, copper etc.), the “Communauté de Communes du Territoire de Luneville à Baccarat” (CCTLB)” is organizing a second exhibition to be held from July to November 2019.
With the first exhibition intended to present Metal Clay as a material to the general public, the specific theme for the second exhibition is « Metal Clay – Mixed Media ». The exhibition will showcase the work of around twenty international artists using metal clay with other material (glass, minerals, polymer clay, plastics, ceramic…). Each designer will present 5 to 7 pieces forming a coherent body of work.

They say, “We’ve employed a panel of 12 experienced jurors who are ready to give you a detailed evaluation of your jury images, along with specific recommendations on how you can increase your chances of success with your very next application.” The service isn’t free but if you’re serious about getting your work into juried shows, this may be a very good investment.
